Leading Transformation in Banking at KPMG Prior to joining Flutterwave, Bode worked as an Associate Director in KPMG’s Professional Services practice. She garnered deep experience working with clients in the global, Nigerian and African financial services industry on major projects—including enterprise wide business strategy, transformation projects, corporate planning, operating/business models, financial models, business process reengineering, customer analytics and customer & channel management. She championed the development of services for Nigeria’s banking industry and pioneered KPMG’s customer advisory services.
