Dr. Laurine Ubanozie, FCRM,CIPM, CAIO Board Governance Professional | Enterprise Risk Management Executive | Independent Non-Executive Director | Strategic Business Leader Dr. Laurine Ngozi Ubanozie is a distinguished Board Governance Professional, Fellow Chartered Risk Manager (FCRM), Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO), Certified International Professional Manager (CIPM), and accomplished executive leader with over 20 years of experience spanning corporate governance, enterprise risk management, structured trade finance, banking, energy, commodities, consulting, technology, and strategic business development. She currently serves as Founder and Managing Principal of Laubarella Resources Limited, Country Manager for Aptivaa/CogNex, Business Partner and Chief Operating Officer of MotoringHub Nigeria Limited, and Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Exportify Limited. Throughout her career, she has successfully led governance, risk management, business transformation, stakeholder engagement, and growth initiatives across diverse industries while strengthening organizational resilience and long-term value creation. A respected governance advocate and risk professional, Dr. Ubanozie serves as Governing Council Member and Treasurer of the Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria (CRMI) and holds board leadership positions across multiple organizations. She is actively advancing her director-level expertise through the DCRO Institute Boardroom Live Lab Program, further strengthening her capabilities in board effectiveness, enterprise risk oversight, and strategic governance. Beyond her corporate accomplishments, Dr. Ubanozie is a passionate humanitarian, mentor, and social impact leader. She is the Founder and President of the Formidable Jewels Foundation for the Needy, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting underserved and vulnerable populations through educational assistance, youth mentorship, women empowerment initiatives, widow support programs, and humanitarian interventions designed to improve lives and create sustainable opportunities for disadvantaged communities. She is also the Founder of a women-focused social and service platform that brings together like-minded women committed to personal development, leadership, philanthropy, and service to humanity.
