Eneni Oduwole is a seasoned risk management strategist with over 25 years of experience. She has developed and implemented frameworks for Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity & Resilience Management, Security Management, Transport & Logistics, and Sustainability Management. Her career began as a bank examiner with the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation and advanced through roles such as Group Head of Operational Risk Management at StanbicIBTC and Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, and Deputy Group Chief Risk Officer at Dangote Industries Limited. She also led various departments including Compliance, Environmental and Sustainability Management, and Transport and Logistics Management. Eneni now runs her consultancy, Alter-Ed Limited. She serves on the Governing Council of the Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria, and The Qualified Risk Directors Governing Council of The DCRO Institute, USA. She also holds several professional memberships and certifications, including Fellow, of the Sustainability Professionals Institute of Nigeria and the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability, UK. Eneni is committed to continuous improvement, guided by her motto "Kaizen". She holds degrees from the University of Calabar, Pan-African University, NYU Stern School of Business, and is pursuing a Doctorate from the University of Durham and Emylon University. Recognized as one of Nigeria's 50 inspiring women in 2022 by Business Day Newspaper and the first Qualified Risk Director of The DCRO Institute in Nigeria. Eneni enjoys mentoring, travelling, cooking, gardening, and interior designing. She is married with children.
