He is a Founder and Managing Director of Risk Eyes Solutions (Pty) Ltd a black owned consulting company. He also works with the University of Pretoria in Risk and Compliance Management Services. He has more than 22 years’ experience in risk management which he acquired in the public and private sectors. He has served in various roles including being the Chief Risk Officer in a government department where he was reporting to the Director General and independent Risk Management Committee. He is currently the President and Chair of the Board of the Institute of Risk Management South Africa (IRMSA). IRMSA is the only recognized professional body in South Africa which caters for the entire risk management profession of the country and other African countries. He also serves in audit and risk committees of prominent organisations in South Africa. He has a Master of Commerce in Risk Management which he obtained from the North West University, South Africa. He is also Certified Risk Management Professional (CRM Prof). Bheki is a Pan-Africanist who believes that great change for Africa will only be realised when African are united on a common purpose
