Kevin Ugwuoke is a seasoned banking executive and risk management leader with over 35 years of experience across banking operations, corporate finance, and enterprise-wide risk governance. He currently serves as the Executive Director and Chief Risk Officer at Fidelity Bank Plc, where he leads a team of over 100 professionals across the divisions of the Risk Management Directorate, supporting the bank’s growth while upholding strong governance standards enterprise-wide Kevin holds a First-Class degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh. He is an alumnus of executive programs at Harvard Business School, Wharton, Columbia Business School, Kellogg School of Management, and Lagos Business School. His distinguished career includes senior leadership roles at Citibank, Access Bank, UBA, and Mainstreet Bank. Notably, he has led cross-border risk transformation projects, implemented governance structures in over a dozen African countries, and contributed to major syndicated finance deals in Nigeria’s telecom and infrastructure sectors. Kevin is a Fellow of the Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria, where he previously served as 1st Vice President and now leads as President, committed to advancing professional risk practice across Nigeria and the continent. He is also a Senior Honorary Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration. Outside of work, Kevin is a writer, mentor, and speaker, with interests in reading, table tennis, technology, and travel.

Eneni Oduwole is a seasoned risk and sustainability management strategist with over 30 years of experience. She has successfully developed and implemented frameworks for Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity & Resilience, Security Management, Transport & Logistics, and Sustainability Management. Her career commenced as a bank examiner with the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation. It later led to notable pioneering roles such as Group Head of Operational Risk Management at StanbicIBTC and Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, and Deputy Group Chief Risk Officer at Dangote Industries Limited. She also managed various functions, including Compliance, Environmental and Sustainability Management, and Transport and Logistics Management. She is the founder and CEO of Alter-Ed Limited, a consultancy specializing in risk, strategy, and sustainability management. Eneni is also a Non-Executive Director of ActivEdge Technologies Limited, a Pan-African IT Solutions Provider. She serves on the Stakeholders Supervisory Board, the Qualified Risk Directors Governance Council, and the Qualified Risk Expert Governance Council of the DCRO Institute, USA. Eneni is a Qualified Risk Director and a Qualified Risk Expert, holding several professional certifications, including Fellowships from the Sustainability Professionals Institute of Nigeria, the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (UK), and the Institute of Management Consultants. She is also a WimBoard Fellow. Eneni’s motto is "Kaizen," a Japanese word meaning continuous improvement, and her mantra is “Lead with wisdom, serve with humility, and build systems that outlive you.” Eneni holds degrees from the University of Calabar, the Lagos Business School of the Pan-African University, and NYU Stern School of Business. She is pursuing a doctorate from the University of Durham and Emlyon Business School. Eneni is recognized as one of Nigeria's 50 inspiring women by Business Day Newspaper, 2025 DCRO Exemplar, and is the first Qualified Risk Director of The DCRO Institute in Nigeria and West Africa, among other accolades. Mr. Gubio attended King’s College, Lagos, and proceeded to Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, where he graduated with a B.Pharm degree (1989). He subsequently obtained an MBA (Finance) degree from the University of Maiduguri (1995) and has acquired work experience spanning across the academia, pharmaceutical industry and the banking sector. Commencing his banking career with the erstwhile FSB International Bank Plc in 1997 as a frontline/marketing officer, he rose to become Branch Manager in the Kaduna South Branch of the Bank in 2003. While at FSB International Bank, he was a member of the Bank’s turnaround team responsible for implementing change management initiatives across all its platforms. Upon leaving FSB in 2004, Mr. Gubio joined the Guaranty Trust Bank Plc in 2004 as Group Head of the Retail (Advantium) Banking Group with responsibility for the North-west region. In 2006, Mr. Gubio made a career change to take up a Risk Management role in UBA Plc, first as a credit underwriter/manager in the head office, and, subsequently, as head of Risk Management in UBA Sierra Leone Limited, sequel to his secondment to the budding subsidiary in 2008. As a member of the pioneer Management team in UBA Sierra Leone, he contributed to driving the Bank’s regional expansion strategy while anchoring the Risk Management and Compliance roles. Mr. Gubio proceeded to join the services of the Nigerian Export-Import (NEXIM) Bank in October 2011. Serving first as Unit head of Credit Risk Management, he rose to become the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer in 2017. A Fellow of the Chartered Risk Management Institute (CRMI) and a Chartered Certified Forensic Accountant/Auditor (CCFRA), he has also attended courses at Harvard Business School and the Lagos Business School.

Dr. Victor Olannye is a highly esteemed professional and currently serves as the Registrar and Chief Executive Officer of The Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria (CRMI). He also holds the position of Secretary to the Governing Council of the Institute. Previously, he served as the Executive Secretary of the Risk Management Association of Nigeria (RIMAN). Prior to his engagement with RIMAN, Dr. Olannye worked as a lecturer at the National Open University of Nigeria and was also the Deputy Dean at the School of Banking Honours. With over 15 years of experience in the banking sector. Dr. Olannye possesses a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of banking, including Customer Service, Branch Management/Operations, Risk Management, and Relationship Management. He is widely recognized as a proficient risk professional, showcasing exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills. Moreover, he is renowned for his exemplary leadership and team-building capabilities. In the work environment, Dr. Olannye consistently demonstrates efficiency, a result-oriented mindset, and a continuous drive to acquire knowledge and skills that contribute to professional excellence and the attainment of optimal outcomes. Dr. Olannye holds a first degree in Economics from the University of Calabar. Professor Ezekiel Oseni is the Special Assistance to the Chief Executive Officer of The Bank of Industry and also the Chairman and Founder of Lexar Business Support Limited. Prior to this position he served as the Immediate past Chief Risk Officer of The Bank of Industry. He held this position for several years. As the Chief Risk Officer of the Bank, he supervised the design and implementation of the Bank Enterprise-wide Risk Management (ERM) Framework in 2013. His unwavering devotion to implementing the ERM framework contributed to the Bank first ever rating of A- from a domestic rating agency (Agusto Co.) in 2014. Under his watch as the Chief Risk Officer, the Bank in 2015 and 2016, was able to secure AA+ (nga) and Aa1 ratings from Fitch and Moody respectively. In 2016, the Bank was able to move the domestic rating by Agusto Co. to A+. He has been able to ensure the automation of most of the Credit and Risk Asset Management processes in the Bank. He was the pioneer Head of Internal Control and Audit Division. He saw to the affairs of the Division for eight years before he was transferred to Risk Management Division of the Bank. Prior to his employment in Bank of Industry, he taught in several higher institutions in Nigeria including Ibadan Polytechnic, University of Ilorin, Obafemi Awolowo University, Osun State University, Kwara State Polytechnic, Osun State College of Technology, Kano State Polytechnic and Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye. He is currently an Adjunct Lecturer at Department of Banking and Finance, University of Lagos, Nigeria where he teaches new business creation and entrepreneurship management on the postgraduate programme. He was also the Head, Internal Control Unit of former Citizens International Bank, Nigeria. Mrs. Grace Oluwafunke Abioye is a seasoned professional with 22 years of experience at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), where she currently serves as Assistant Director and Head of the Risk Management Division. Throughout her tenure, she has held various roles, including stints in the Economic Research and Policy Management Division, Internal Audit, and the Director General's Office. A pioneer staff member of the Risk Management Division, Mrs. Abioye played a crucial role in developing the Commission's risk management framework and architecture. She has consistently pursued ongoing education in risk management, organizing training programs for both SEC staff and external colleagues. A certified risk management expert, Mrs. Abioye was among the first to qualify as a Certified Risk Manager (now Chartered Risk Manager) in 2017. She has since become a Fellow of the Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria (CRMI), demonstrating her commitment to advancing risk management practices in her field. A strategic business leader and governance advocate, she holds the Competent Board Designation (GCB.D) and is a Qualified Risk Director (QRD®) from the DCRO Institute, USA. He is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (FCIB), Fellow of Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria and an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS). He holds a Certificate in Islamic Finance Risk Assessment & Mitigation (CeIFRAM) from TAIF Institute, RAK, UAE. He is a Premium Member of Basel III Compliance Professional Association (BiiiCPA), Washington DC, USA and a member of Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). He has attended several courses in Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Leadership and Strategy. Kamoru is currently the Chief Risk Officer of TAJBank Ltd.
